1. Introduction

Welcome to ShamShuiGuluk Pro. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application.

2. Data Collection & Usage

We believe in minimal data collection. The app functions primarily locally on your device.

• Location Data (GPS): The app requests your location solely to provide real-time services (e.g., finding nearby toilets, weather updates, and transit routes). This data is processed in real-time and is never stored or tracked on our servers.
• User Inputs: Data entered into calculators (e.g., Tax, Mortgage, BMI, Discounts) is processed locally on your device and is not collected by us.
• "Tree Hole" (Confession Board): Messages submitted to the Tree Hole are entirely anonymous. We do not collect names, IP addresses, or accounts linked to these submissions. The texts are stored securely via Supabase solely for displaying them on the public board.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app connects to public APIs (e.g., Hong Kong Observatory, Data.gov.hk) and our private Cloudflare Workers to fetch real-time data. We do not share any personal identifiable information (PII) with these services.

2. 資料收集與使用

我們堅守「最少數據收集」原則，本應用程式的大部分功能均在您的設備上本地運行。

• 位置資訊 (GPS)： 本程式僅在提供實時服務（如尋找附近公廁、分區天氣及交通路線）時要求獲取位置權限。該數據僅作即時運算用途，絕不會被儲存或追蹤。
• 用戶輸入資料： 您於各類計算機（如薪俸稅、按揭、BMI、折扣神器）中輸入的數據僅於設備本地處理，我們絕不會收集或上傳。
• 「樹窿」告解室： 您發佈到樹窿的訊息完全匿名。我們不會收集與該訊息相關的姓名、IP 位址或帳號資訊。文字內容僅透過 Supabase 安全儲存，單純用於在留言板上展示。

3. 第三方服務

本程式會連接至公共 API（如香港天文台、政府資料一線通）及我們的私有 Cloudflare Workers 以獲取實時數據。我們絕不會向這些服務提供您的任何個人身份識別資訊 (PII)。
